Welcome to the sixth annual session of the New English School Model United Nations, NESMUN15, to be held at the New English School in Khalda from Thursday the 25th of September 2014 to Saturday the 27th of September 2014. 

I am very excited to welcome you all to NESMUN15. I hope that this session will bring forth both old and new delegates to enlighten and be enlightened about several current world affairs. We have chosen a unique theme that none of you will have come across before in your MUN journeys, and I hope that this will stretch the horizon of NESMUN further and encourage delegates to think in an innovative manner. I believe that MUN is not about learning about world issues as much as it is about acquiring a sense of inquiry and a way of questioning matters in a universal and diplomatic manner, and I hope that through NESMUN15, our participants will be given the opportunity to think not only outside the box, but also outside the orthodox approach to MUN. I urge all delegates to be as creative and innovative as they can be, and to keep pushing the envelope.
